Learn the art of vintage cake decoration! Whether you are a beginner or looking to develop decorating skills, this class is perfect for everyone. You will learn how to fill the cake layers with cream cheese icing (or compote) and stacking the cake. Learn the technique of semi-masking (crumb-coating) and how to create colours, decorate a cake with it, and piping skills for borders, ruffles, roses and writing on the cake. Expert instruction and hands-on practice will elevate your cake decorating experience. All supplies included.
