This 1 hour class is great for beginner youths and adults. No experience needed! BJJ revolves around the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent by using leverage and weight distribution, taking the fight to the ground and using a number of holds and submissions to defeat them. BJJ training can be used for sport grappling and self-defense situations.

We’ll celebrate with costumes, decorations, crafts, games, activities, and traditions. Children will gain a new appreciation for the reasons to celebrate and enjoy a week of amusement. Each week will include a workshop with a special guest instructor and one provided lunch on Thursday. Camp includes splash park and playground time (weather permitting). A few days before camp you will receive information like a packing list, camp schedule, and any other important info.

This is a tennis introductory session for 6 weeks to give a good tennis foundation to players. This fundamentals program is designed to promote enjoyment and improvement, using a system of modified courts, rackets and balls scaled to maximize learning for different age groups and skill levels. The structure of the program is geared towards improving participants by introducing the "I Can" skill sets. The I Can skill sets are mainly I Can Rally, I Can Start a Point, I Can Play Net, I Can Play a Point. In addition to the I Can skill sets, participants will be exposed to the "I am a Good Sport" behaviours which encourages fairness and fun. I hope you enjoy it and make tennis your sport for life. Rackets and tennis balls provided!
Weather Policy: Classes run rain or shine and will only be cancelled due to lightning. If Air Quality reaches 7-10, activities are scaled back, more rest and water breaks will be taken.
