Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that promotes not only strength, tone, and flexibility, but also improves your posture and reduces stress. The Mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or “powerhouse”, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. Please bring your own mat, and water bottle. 8 weeks

Ages: Toddlers (3-4) If you have a twirling toddler at home, this is the class for them! Simple exercises and ballet basics are introduced, but fun, princess play and expression keep your little ballerina skipping! 6 weeks

An explosion of dance styles! Throughout the session each week will consist of a different style of dance. We will look at jazz, tap, ballet, creative, movement, hip hop and more! A great introduction to the world of dance!

In this introduction to musical theatre students will learn all the music, words and a choreographed dance to a number(s) from a huge Broadway show or musical movie. Students will learn how to develop characters and act in short scenes. Costumes and simple sets are part of a small performance for friends and family on the last day of classes.

Not only will your child learn very important and crucial basics of the martial arts (which facilitate physical & mental strength, self-confidence, and overall healthier self-esteem,) but you as the parent will learn skills that will help tend to your little child's needs when they have very big feelings. As your toddler learns preschool necessary skillsets, you too learn coping strategies. You will bond with your child in this class as collectively you and your child learn to self-regulate emotions such as anxiety that may come from situations such as facing challenges that the child may perceive to be difficult and frustrating. You will learn to regulate your emotions and your child will also. Every child will receive a free uniform!

This 1 hour class is great for all levels, beginner to experienced, youth (14+) and adult. Our class is one of a kind, using a scientifically proven form of metabolic training that is guarenteed to leave you burning calories long after your class is done. UpBeat Barre combines movements from Ballet, Pilates, Yoga and muscular-endurance style strength training to provide a low-impact, high-energy program. With so many great barre programs to choose from, why UpBeat? Well, we all know people work harder if they’re having fun. The end. But in all seriousness, the creators at UpBeat wanted to utilize the things we loved about traditional barre classes while adding a modern twist to help participants work hard while still having a blast. Ages 16+ BollyX is a Bollywood inspired high intensity dance workout. It not only includes rhythms of Bollywood music but also incorporates sounds from south India, Indian folk and desi-pop. It is a very inclusive and extremely beginner friendly workout class. The instructor is certified to teach Low impact as well which means the class is going to have super fun modifications as needed. 4 weeks.
