The Orchards Farmers’ Market started in 2017 with a dream of connecting Orchards residents and the Southside community to local Albertan businesses! An Alberta approved farmers’ market is a market accredited by the provincial government that adheres to specific standards, featuring at least 80% of vendors making, baking, or growing their own products. Identified by the “Sunnygirl” logo, these markets support local entrepreneurs, prioritize Alberta-grown products, and operate with non-profit sponsorship.

Our market is located at 4059 Orchards Drive SW Edmonton, AB T6X 0X8.
Outdoor Market: Set up in the parking lot of the Clubhouse, offering a vibrant open-air shopping experience.
Indoor Special Events Markets: Held in our spacious indoor halls, perfect for browsing in any weather.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available in the Clubhouse lot, and street parking is also an option. We encourage our residents to walk over—or even rent a bike through our community bike program!
What happens in case of bad weather?
Outdoor Market: Orchards Farmers’ Market is a rain-or-shine event. Mild weather will not affect the market, but in the case of severe weather, the market will be canceled.
Indoor Special Events Markets: These markets run regardless of the weather.
