Slow down, stretch deeply, and find your calm with Yin Yoga. This gentle, meditative practice focuses on holding relaxing poses for longer periods, allowing the body to gradually release tension while encouraging flexibility, mindfulness, and deep relaxation.
Perfect for all experience levels, this class is a wonderful way to unwind, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling refreshed and restored. No previous yoga experience required!
Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, two blocks, and a strap. The clubhouse will have limited equipment on hand for those who don't have their own blocks or a strap. Join us at The Clubhouse to try Little Ballerinas for free! Children will learn the basics of ballet and how to control and isolate their bodies. Tippy-toe walks, butterfly runs, and happy toes round out this class to make it fun for everyone! A previous ballet class is not required. Please dress in something you can move in. UpBeat Lift combines pure strength supersets with progressive overload endurance training, isolating muscle groups and working to failure with heavy weights, then working to build endurance in drop-sets. UBL rocks popular music, choreographed for an intense and accessible muscular strength workout.

The Stay Safe! program, offered through Little Lungs First Aid uses age-appropriate, real-world scenarios to teach youth how to recognize potential risks, make safe decisions, and respond to unexpected situations. Participants will develop greater independence and learn valuable skills they can use when home alone or out in the community.
Participants will learn:
- How responsibility, respect, and accountability contribute to personal safety
- How to set and follow safety rules when staying home alone
- Ways to stay safe at home and in the community
- How to prepare for, recognize, and respond to unexpected situations, including severe weather, strangers, and unexpected visitors
First Aid topics include:
- Check, Call, Care, including how to call EMS/911
- Recovery position
- Conscious choking for adults, children, and when alone
- Feeling unwell
- Asthma, including the use of an inhaler and spacer
- Anaphylaxis, including EpiPen use
- Poisoning
- Insect stings
- Wound care, including minor cuts and scrapes, splinters, nosebleeds, bumps and bruises, life-threatening bleeding, and burns

Babysitting Course

Ready to become a confident, capable babysitter? This refreshed and updated Babysitting Course, offered through Little Lungs First Aid, provides youth with the practical skills and knowledge they need to safely and confidently care for younger children.
The course covers everything from managing challenging behaviours to leadership, responsibility, and professional conduct as a babysitter. With an increased focus on First Aid and emergency care, participants will learn how to recognize and respond to a variety of situations while providing appropriate care for children.
Participants will learn about:
- Leadership, responsibility, and professional conduct
- Managing challenging behaviours and creating a safe environment
- Providing age-appropriate care for younger children
- How to recognize and respond to emergencies
- Practical First Aid skills for common childhood injuries and illnesses
First Aid topics include:
- Check, Call, Care, including how to call EMS/911
- Glove removal and recovery position
- Conscious choking for adults, children, babies, and when alone
- CPR for babies and children
- Illness and asthma, including the use of an inhaler and spacer
- Anaphylaxis, including EpiPen use
- Poisoning and insect stings
- Wound care, including minor cuts and scrapes, splinters, nosebleeds, bumps and bruises, life-threatening bleeding, and burns
- Head, neck, and back injuries
- Broken bones
- Seizures
Course Details:
- 7-hour classroom session
- Babysitting course manual provided
- Babysitter certificate provided
- Participants should bring a teddy bear or doll, a water bottle, lunch (no nuts), and a pen or pencil
