UpBeat Lift is your muscle building class that combines supersets with progressive overload to work your muscles to failure with heavy weights, then to build endurance using drop-sets. Lift is a ZERO impact format that is choreographed and set to fun UpBeat music to keep you motivated throughout the whole class. UpBeat Lift is for all stages of fitness. So grab your weights and a yoga mat and come join me for class! Please bring a yoga mat, 3 sets of weights (3lbs, 5lbs, & 8lbs recommended) and a water bottle. Ages 16+ 6 weeks of workouts! If you have a little one who loves to spin, skip, and dance around the living room, this class is the perfect fit! In a playful and encouraging environment, children will explore the basics of ballet through imaginative movement, music, and storytelling. From learning graceful poses to dancing like their favorite princesses, each week helps build coordination, confidence, and a love of dance.
Your tiny dancer will twirl through six magical weeks of fun, creativity, and giggles, no experience required, just enthusiasm and comfy clothes!

Through upbeat music, fun choreography, and confidence-building exercises, kids will discover their own style while learning rhythm, coordination, and expression. Whether they’re dancing for the first time or already love to perform, this class is the perfect way to explore it all!

What is High Fitness? High Fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice. Think Old School Aerobics meets HIIT training. LMFAO meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. All mashed up into a one-hour, total body workout. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more.

Students in this class will learn the beginner fundamentals of two martial arts: - Olympic Taekwondo - the art of kicking - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - ground self-defence and grappling Not only will your child learn very important and crucial basics of the martial arts (which facilitate physical & mental strength, self-confidence, and overall healthier self-esteem), but you as the parent will learn skills that will help tend to your little child's needs when they have very big feelings. As your toddler learns preschool necessary skillsets, you, too, learn coping strategies. You will bond with your child in this class as collectively you and your child learn to self-regulate emotions such as anxiety that may come from situations such as facing challenges that the child may perceive to be difficult and frustrating. You will learn to regulate your emotions, and your child will too.
Students and parents are asked to come wearing loose-fitting, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
*Please note that parent participation and attendance is required for all classes.Uniforms and gloves may be purchased through Family Spirit Martial Arts if desired. Our programs have been specifically designed by a professional youth specialist with 20 years of youth work experience to meet kids at their developmental stage. Family Spirit Martial Arts classes promote GREATER SELF-ESTEEM by teaching your children HOW to feel about life challenges and HOW to overcome them.
Students in this class will learn the curriculum of both martial arts, with the opportunity to test when ready, giving them the criteria to advance to higher belt levels and learn the next-level curriculum prerequisites.
Standard testing fees range from $50 - $85.00. Testing fees for Taekwondo and Brazilian jiu-jitsu are offered for students of The Orchards at a reduced rate of only $35.00. Students MUST be approved for testing by the lead instructor, Master Taylor, and will be invited to do so directly. Testing will happen during regular class time while other non-testing students participate in regular training. Testing will take place on the last day of class.
