This class incorporates endurance-focused workout that will leave you feeling the burn. Combine cardio and resistance training exercises to increase your strength and stamina. As a result, the body strengthens while improving flexibility. 6 weeks

Restore Your Core

Restore Your Core is a whole-body method to retrain your core and pelvic floor to be functional, reflexive, responsive and support your body. Learn to uncover everyday compensation patterns and create new ones. This class will work to gain core strength in both women and men, help diastasis recti, understand alignment, improve prolapse symptoms, and decrease back pain. Please bring yoga mat, straps or exercise band, water bottle, and blocks. 4 weeks

Sportball Soccer (Ages 2 – 3.5 years Parented)

Sportball’s Soccer programs for kids introduce children to the fundamental concepts of the game in a fun, supportive, non-competitive environment. Coaches zero in on skills like dribbling, trapping, throw-ins, and passing through exciting, skill-focused play. Kids receive a Sportball Soccer ball, jersey, and socks so they can take the fun home with them and continue to refine, rehearse, repeat even after the season is over. *This program is hosted outdoors, rain or shine, if we need to cancel a class, we will do our best to make it up. Please come prepared for the weather. Parents are required to stay by the field.

Intro to Tennis (ages 7-12)

This course is an introduction for children ages 7 -12 to the basics of tennis. Each 90-minute session will have an emphasis on a core component of tennis (forehands, backhands, serves) followed by a fun mini-game they can play with their friends. Throughout the sessions there will be an emphasis on the rules and etiquette of the game, and each child will receive individual instruction based on their skill level for how they can improve and/or practice going forward. Please bring racquet and dress for the weather. 4 weeks

Junior Intro to Latin & Ballroom  (ages 6-9)

This program teaches some of the most popular Ballroom & Latin dances. Children will learn the basics of dances such as the Merengue, Cha Cha, Samba, Waltz and Quickstep in a fun and supportive environment.  Fun choreography to children’s songs is taught so that children can go home and show off their moves at home! No partner required. 6 weeks

Youth Intro to Latin & Ballroom (ages 10 -15)

This youth program will touch on some of the popular dances seen on Dancing with the Stars – Cha Cha, Samba, Jive, Waltz & Tango are some of the possible dances covered in this session.  Children will learn to dance solo as well as in partnership in a supportive and positive environment.  No partner required. 6 weeks

Let's get MOVING! Join Puddle of Mud Productions in a fabulous class of fun and movement! Classes will be movement based with a focus on creativity, getting active and having fun. Chakras are the energy centres in our body, each energy centre associated with a specific physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state of our being. Balanced and free flowing chakras are the key to enhanced vitality, with more awareness. This 7-week yoga series, including some diet and aromatherapy tips, is designed to activate the seven major chakras, that keep us in a vibrant state of overall well being.
