New Membership System on October 5

We’re making an important update to the system we use to manage community member information, resident accounts, access, registrations, and other ORA services.

This update is part of our ongoing effort to provide a better experience for our community, improve the accuracy of our records, make accessing services such as program registrations, and invoice payments easier.

We know that system changes can sometimes create questions, so we’ve put together a quick guide to help you understand what to expect.

Starting October 5, if you are a property owner, and we have updated email information on file, you will receive a log in and link on how to access your account. This will be where you access your account information, pay invoices, and register for programs, events, and room rentals.

What to Expect

As we transition the software, you may notice some changes to how your community information appears on your account:

You may experience:

  • Updates to your resident or membership profile.
  • Changes to how certain information is displayed or accessed.
  • Temporary delays while information is being reviewed and transferred.
  • Requests from ORA personelle for updated information if we do not have current records on file.
  • Easier program registrations, and easier self-service functions.

Our team will be working through the transition carefully to ensure information is transferred and maintained as accurately as possible.

What Community Members Need to Be Aware Of:

Please make sure your information is up to date.

To help us maintain accurate records, community members may be asked to provide updated information, such as:

  • Current contact information
  • Updated lease information, where applicable
  • Current household or resident information
  • Other documentation needed to verify your account

For tenants: If you are a tenant, please ensure ORA has a current lease agreement on file. An outdated or expired lease may affect the status of your account or access information until updated documentation is received. Please also ensure that where applicable, a tenant transfer FORM has been completed and returned to the ORA.

For residents living in apartments, the existing process of providing a lease agreement and photo identification will continue to apply.

Don’t be concerned if you notice a change.

Some information may look different during or after the transition. This does not necessarily mean there is an issue with your account.

If something does not look correct, please contact the ORA team so we can review your information and help resolve it.

How You Can Prepare

There are a few simple things you can do to help make the transition as smooth as possible:

1. Make sure your contact information is current.
Please let us know if your phone number, email address, mailing address, or other important information has changed.

2. Tenants and landlords: Make sure your lease is current, and all applicable forms have been provided to ORA.
If you have recently renewed your lease or changed your tenancy information, please provide ORA with an updated copy. You can access a tenant transfer form HERE

3. Review your household information.
Please let us know if there have been changes to the members of your household or other information associated with your account. If you own multiple properties, please ensure to review for each property.

4. Keep an eye on ORA communications.
We will communicate important updates through our regular communication channels as the transition progresses.

5. Contact us if you have questions.
If you are unsure whether your information needs to be updated, our team is happy to help.
