UpBeat Lift is your muscle building class that combines supersets with progressive overload to work your muscles to failure with heavy weights, then to build endurance using drop-sets. Lift is a ZERO impact format that is choreographed and set to fun UpBeat music to keep you motivated throughout the whole class. UpBeat Lift is for all stages of fitness. So grab your weights and a yoga mat and come join me for class! Please bring a yoga mat, 3 sets of weights (3lbs, 5lbs, & 8lbs recommended) and a water bottle. 5 Weeks. Ages 16+

What is High Fitness? High Fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice. Think Old School Aerobics meets HIIT training. This class offers a gentle, intentional approach to traditional Vinyasa yoga, combining mindful movement with grounding practices. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi looking to slow down and reconnect, this class welcomes all levels. Each session focuses on moving with intention, exploring each pose with curiosity, and finding stillness within the flow. Our certified Training and Behavioural Specialist Riza teaches new dog owners how to enjoy meaningful relationships with their dogs. As a member of the International Association of Canine Professionals Riza is committed to helping dog owners and families succeed in their training and leadership goals. Socializing your puppy at a young age is very important for their development and helps set the stage for future interactions. This class is designed for puppies to enjoy supervised, off-leash socialization and exposure to various sights, sounds, and textures in a playful environment. Riza will be at the Puppy Social Hours to offer guidance and support with puppy interactions. A maximum of two handlers (owners) per dog are permitted to attend class alongside your puppy. One handler must be at least 18 years old. Our classes are intentionally small with a maximum of 6 puppies and are held in our fully fenced outdoor rink for a safe and controlled space. Class requirements: - Puppies must be between 8 weeks and 4 months at the start of class - Age appropriate vaccines are required to attend. This includes core vaccines, rabies, and bordetella. Talk to your veterinarian or breeder for more information. You will be asked to provide a copy of vaccination records prior to the start of class. *Note: larger breed puppies are recommended to attend the class for puppies ages 4-6 months
