UpBeat Lift is your muscle building class that combines supersets with progressive overload to work your muscles to failure with heavy weights, then to build endurance using drop-sets. Lift is a ZERO impact format that is choreographed and set to fun UpBeat music to keep you motivated throughout the whole class. UpBeat Lift is for all stages of fitness. So grab your weights and a yoga mat and come join me for class! Please bring a yoga mat, 3 sets of weights (3lbs, 5lbs, & 8lbs recommended) and a water bottle. Ages 16+ 6 weeks of workouts! Drop-ins also accepted. $15/class for residents, $18/class for non-residents. If you wish to attend class as a drop-in, you must pay the drop-in fee before being admitted into the class. Please arrive 5 minutes early and visit the front desk on the day of class to pay for your class. Registration closes January 13 PM Noon

UpBeat Pilates is a high-energy mat class that utilizes traditional Pilates elements and equipment in an UpBeat way. UPP rocks choreographed popular tunes for a core-focused, full body, consistent, and sweaty workout that leaves no muscle behind. Drop-ins also accepted. $15/class for residents, $18/class for non-residents. If you wish to attend class as a drop-in, you must pay the drop-in fee before being admitted into the class. High Fitness

What is High Fitness? High Fitness has brought aerobics back in a hip and unique way, and the world is taking notice. Think Old School Aerobics meets HIIT training. LMFAO meets Jane Fonda with a side of Richard Simmons. All mashed up into a one-hour, total body workout. You will have a blast, see real results both physically and mentally, and leave this class wanting more.

Experience yoga from a fresh perspective with Somatic Flow & Strength, a mindful, grounding class that blends somatic awareness with strength-based flow. You’ll build stability and mobility through slow, intentional sequences that emphasize how movement feels rather than how it looks. Each class weaves in breathwork, nervous system regulation, and gentle yogic philosophy to help you cultivate presence, resilience, and balance, both physically and mentally. 4 weeks of yoga! Ages 16+ Registration closes Tuesday, January 13 at 4:00 PM Drop-ins also accepted. $15/class/resident and $18/class/non-resident. Guided Crochet Lessons

This program is open to both beginner and intermediate-level crocheters. Over 4 weeks, our experienced instructor will guide you as you complete your projects, ensuring you gain confidence with each stitch.

Students will complete one to two projects, depending on their skill level, etc. Project options will be provided.
The following materials are required for class:
  • Yarn: Various colours of cotton or acrylic yarn
  • Crochet Hook: 3.5mm to 4.0mm (US E-4 to G-6)
  • Scissors
  • Yarn Needle: For weaving in ends
  • Stitch marker (5-10)
The class size is intentionally small to allow for sufficient time and support from the instructor. 4 weeks Registration closes Friday, January 9 at 4:00 PM

Hi there! I’m Jaime, your sewing instructor. I’ve been sewing since I was 8 years old and have tackled just about everything from home decor and bags to clothing and beyond! In this beginner sewing class, I’ll help you build the skills and confidence you need to sew a variety of materials and choose the right tools for any project. We’ll start by making a tote bag together, a perfect way to get comfortable with your machine and learn different stitches. For your second project, you’ll get to choose whatever inspires you! Want to make cozy pillows, a t-shirt, joggers, placemats, or something else entirely? The world is your oyster! So dust off that dream project you’ve been thinking about and join us for a fun, creative sewing experience!
