Program Registration & Refund Policy
Payment
Payment is required within 48 hours of receiving confirmation of your registration to secure your spot in the program. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your spot may be released to the next person on the waitlist.
Refunds & Withdrawals
- Refunds will be granted to those who withdraw from a program 7 days before the first day of the program. A $15.00 administration fee will apply.
- Those who withdraw from a program 7 days or less before the first day of the program will be issued a refund only if there is a medical reason with a doctor’s note. A $15.00 administration fee will apply.
- Up to two classes into the program, refunds will be issued for medical reasons only with a doctor’s note. A $15.00 administration fee will apply. Refunds are prorated at the time of request.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to programs@orchardsra.ca, and medical documentation may be required where applicable.
- After two classes into the program, refunds or credits will not be issued for any reason.
- In the case of cancellation due to weather or other emergency-related circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the class. If a make-up class is not possible, a prorated credit will be applied to your account.
- Programs may be cancelled if the minimum enrollment is not met. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or credit.
- This refund policy also applies to single-day programs and workshops.
