In this Booty Barre class we are solely focused on sculpting, tightening and toning the lower body and core muscle groups. Be prepared to work hard and have fun at the same time! We pump up the music, use resistance bands and bender balls to deliver an effective workout that is sure to give you the results you've been searching for! This is an all levels class open to male and females. 4 weeks

Traditional yoga integrates yoga asana, pranayama, meditation (physical poses, breathing exercises, and meditation), along with yoga philosophy wherein the focus lies in overall well being of the practitioner. The practice changes the quality of life and brings transformations for lifetime. Come to the practice with an open heart and mind along with the mat, blanket and water bottle. Bring block and cushion/bolster if you have. Level: beginner to intermediate.

Pilates is a type of mind-body exercise that promotes not only strength, tone, and flexibility, but also improves your posture and reduces stress. The Mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or “powerhouse”, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. Please bring your own mat, and water bottle.   4 week class
