This workshop is about teaching young firls how to transform thier lives through appreciation and celebration of the abundance she has been given. The core message is that through the practice of gratitude, they can experience a radical shift in their world and how they feel on a moment to moment basis. The goal is that they walk away with a deep understanding of the girfts that are present in their own lives.

So You Think You Can Dance (ages 7-10)

Our lesson begins with an exciting story that opens our student’s minds to the exciting world of STEM.. Using LEGO® building blocks in conjunction with other tools and mechanical parts, our students develop their building skills. Each lesson inspires students to create, build and learn through a fun and entertaining LEGO® Challenge experience. Students will learn important theoretical and practical lessons and be introduced to important scientists and inventors. Bricks Challenge participants learn about topics like the laws of physics, centrifugal force, inertia, kinetic energy, potential energy, lift force torque, leverage points, load distribution, force conservation, angular momentum as well as the math skills required to build their models. 4 Weeks

Come stretch , breathe , move , dance , relax , create , and have FUN. These classes will include age appropriate yoga & mindfulness movements - including breathing exercises, yoga poses , games , stories , music , art , meditation and more. The little Yogis have a chance to practice their social skills , connect with others as well as increasing strength , flexibility , sensory & motor skills and emotional self regulation tools. -Bring a Yoga Mat / water bottle & an open heart.

This class provides a non-competitive environment for Tweens to explore more complex poses and asana than in classes for younger children as well breathing & meditation exercises,self esteem confidence building,self regulation tools, mindfulness movement games, mindfulness activities, and much-needed relaxation techniques. Students learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way, while still being playful and fun. Classes often revolve around a philosophical theme and may include discussion, journaling, or mindful art. Most importantly we are going to create community and FUN in a safe environment for kids to just be kids and show up as uniquely as they are. Yoga mats available to borrow from Club House. 6 Weeks

Through interactive and engaging activities, students will learn the key responsibilities of a medical doctor, and explore the heart, lungs and digestion systems. Students also will practice listening to their hearts using a real stethoscope, learn about new medical words and practice their surgery skills like a real surgeon. 6 weeks
