Experience yoga from a fresh perspective with Somatic Flow & Strength, a mindful, grounding class that blends somatic awareness with strength-based flow. You’ll build stability and mobility through slow, intentional sequences that emphasize how movement feels rather than how it looks.
Each class weaves in breathwork, nervous system regulation, and gentle yogic philosophy to help you cultivate presence, resilience, and balance, both physically and mentally.
See you on your mat! Please come prepared with your own mat and water bottle.

As this is a free workout, spaces will fill up quickly. If you are no longer able to make the class, please email ambassador@orchardsra.ca as soon as possible so your spot can be given to the next waitlisted person.
