Come stretch, breathe, move, dance, relax, create, and have FUN. These classes will include age appropriate yoga & mindfulness movements - including breathing exercises, yoga poses, games, stories, music, art, meditation and more. The little Yogis have a chance to practice their social skills, connect with others as well as increasing flexibility, sensor & motor skills and emotional self regulation tools. Bring a yoga mat,  water bottle & an open heart. This class provides a non-competitive environment for Tweens to explore more complex poses and asana than in classes for younger children as well breathing & meditation exercises, self esteem confidence building, self regulation tools, mindfulness movement games, mindfulness activities, and much-needed relaxation techniques. Students learn techniques for concentrating, reducing stress, and connecting to their bodies in a loving way, while still being playful and fun. Classes often revolve around a philosophical theme and may include discussion, journaling, or mindful art. Most importantly we are going to create community and FUN in a safe environment for kids to just be kids and show up as uniquely as they are. Yoga mats available to borrow from Club House.

Family Yoga is a wonderful opportunity for families to bond and spend time together to cherish and nurture your body, mind, and spirit. Family Yoga relieves tension, creates stability, increases balance, increases body awareness, opens family communication, connects with community, increases love.

This class will include breathing techniques, partner poses the whole family can enjoy,yoga games,mindfulness activities,songs, mindfulness art and FUN!
