Pound is a full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks, you'll sweat, sculpt and ROCK your body and mind. Release your inner rock-star as you become the music with each strike to the beat. Pound combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Designed for all fitness levels, Pound is for anybody and any body. It is for any age and any stage. The workout is easily modifiable for all abilities. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and sweat towel.

Using LEGO® building blocks in conjunction with other tools and mechanical parts, our students develop their building skills. Each lesson inspires students to create, build and learn through a fun and entertaining LEGO® Challenge experience. Students will learn important theoretical and practical lessons and be introduced to important scientists and inventors. Bricks Challenge participants learn about topics like the laws of physics, centrifugal force, inertia, kinetic energy, potential energy, lift force torque, leverage points, load distribution, force conservation, angular momentum as well as the math skills required to build their models.

Price includes soccer uniform. Sportball soccer/T-Ball classes are packed with high-energy fun, that includes imaginative coaching techniques, a continuous flow of new drills, and non-competitive games to keep things rolling along. Sportball’s play-based approach uses creative coaching techniques to captivate imaginations and reduce performance anxiety. All games, activities and instructions have a purpose and expected outcome. Our goal is to build your child’s confidence, competence and Physical Literacy. Our programs target three key areas of Childhood development, helping them build skills for life! Each child will receive a jersey, soccer ball and socks for their classes. Class is hosted at the bottom of the toboggan hill. The class will run (even in rain) unless there is a storm. 8 weeks

This workshop is about teaching young firls how to transform thier lives through appreciation and celebration of the abundance she has been given. The core message is that through the practice of gratitude, they can experience a radical shift in their world and how they feel on a moment to moment basis. The Mat Pilates method aims to strengthen your core or “powerhouse”, lengthen the spine, build muscle tone, and increase body awareness. Mat Pilates exercises are based on the resistance provided by your body's weight and gravity, and the workout is performed on the ground using an exercise mat. Restore Your Core (RYC®) is a whole-body method to retrain your core and pelvic floor to be functional, reflexive, responsive and support your body. Learn to uncover everyday compensation patterns and create new ones. This class will work to gain core strength in both women and men, help diastasis recti, understand alignment, improve prolapse symptoms, and decrease back pain.
